we have to take into consideration what are all the emotions and so we we dig into that person's emotions and we look
0:06
at acutely what's out of balance and how how acute is it out of balance because for some people some things are
0:12
extremely out like fear for

2:31
question as always how are you doing hello Simon I am doing very well
2:37
today thank you and how are you I am doing good yeah it's a beautiful day in uh cam loops today sun is shining which
2:44
is always a bonus especially considering it's February 2nd yes yeah but um let's
2:50
just get straight into this I love to hear about your story your tale into how
2:55
you became a Healer okay um um well I uh
3:02
was always raised with the uh uh sort of
3:07
philosophy that food is medicine and eating well keeps you well um never
3:15
really had a lot of medication in our home um you know aspirin at the time was probably the biggest thing we ever used
3:21
so I've never been drawn to that I've always been drawn to finding an alternative way of healing when I was
3:29
not well thankfully I have good genetics and I've always been quite healthy through most of my life um and I came across um Quantum bio
3:40
feedback and the device that I use a little bit by accident I was at a at a
3:45
show uh helping a friend sell another product um for a couple of weeks and um
3:52
uh the people that were using this device were doing demos across from us and it caught my curiosity and I went
3:58
over and I I was at that time in my life looking for something I was looking for a change in career uh something that I
4:05
could really enjoy doing on my own time and uh once I got tested it really
4:10
perked my um my interest uh I started to question uh
4:17
what what it was really all about and then I heard a naturopathic doctor speak on it and how it uh impacted his um his
4:26
patients and himself and how he used it in his practice and that really um kind of cinched it
4:33
for me I kind of thought yeah this is resonating this makes sense to me this this this was this was really uh
4:41
connecting with what I was looking for um it was a huge step for me because the learning curve was big uh not having any
4:50
background in in that my background is really in in in marketing management and
4:55
sales so um I didn't really know a lot about it but uh I I decided that I I I I
5:01
I needed to learn I had a lot of signs from different people when I asked for
5:07
them that confirm that this is the the road I needed to take and now I'm
5:12
grateful that I did that and I call this my passion work because I really find it
5:18
um extremely rewarding and satisfying in being able to help people with their
5:24
health yeah it's a tremendously satisfying thing to do to not only kind of find your calling and a lot of people
5:32
find that in a very serendipitous way which is just you know the universe in my opinion working for us and um yeah to
5:41
come across that kind of technique or technology or whatever it is that you
5:47
experience and you know want to learn about it more and then you get the ability to you know share that energy
5:53
and share that inspiration and motivation that you found with other people and watching people heal and
5:59
become better and be not better but become healthier and you know heal and do all these wonderful things and kind
6:05
of reach their potential and just you know feeling awesome is a you know Divine something divine within all of us
6:12
that we all have the potential to feel and have the right to feel as well so why don't you tell us a little bit about
6:19
you know what biof feedback is okay so biof feedback um quite simply
6:26
it's a um uh uh using energy and frequency to
6:33
understand what is going on in the unconscious um on it simplest form people are familiar with a lie detector
6:40
test or um when you go to the hospital and they clip you with an oxygen uh
6:46
feedback device on your finger that's that's a that's bio feedback basically
6:51
and uh we're using uh galvanic skin response when we connect you to the device um and it uses um
7:01
um a scan basically that takes a very short period of time about four minutes
7:07
uh once you're calibrated to the device and uh it scans over 12,000 different frequencies against your body so I like
7:13
to explain it kind of like a prick react but it's energetic you don't feel anything really unless you're extremely sensitive to
7:19
energy and uh it feeds back um what the stressors are in the body in an acute um
7:27
way and also in a chronic way so that we can determine what uh is out of balance in
7:34
the body and what um needs to be addressed and so biof feedback is really
7:42
known as a stress reduction device um even in traditional medicine that's what
7:48
they recognize it as a a stress reduction device which is what it is quite honestly but it is using energy
7:54
and frequency to do that so cool what does the device look like
8:00
uh it's a small box uh some people compare it to a little toaster um it's nothing very complicated
8:06
looking it's what's in it that uh is uh is and how it connects to the software
8:13
program the software program is really um where um a lot of the technology is
8:20
and how and how that works because that's where you see uh the multiple layers of the program and the 10 12,000
8:29
plus different frequencies that are built into the program so when I talk about frequencies everything in the universe has an energetic frequency from
8:37
emotions to um to um remedies to vitamins to
8:45
um um disease and uh each fre each item
8:50
is um measured and has been programmed into the device and into the software so
8:57
I'm able to test you know vitamin A for example or any of the vitamins essential fatty
9:02
acids um as well as homeopathic remedies um from all over the world as well as um
9:10
emotions which we focus on because uh like many other types of uh modalities
9:16
we want to look at the body holistically so we take into consideration the emotions as well as the spiritual um
9:23
issues that a person might have and what does a like an initial session look like
9:29
with you so an initial session is about two hours long and uh we basically start off
9:37
by inputting the person's information so it's kind of like tuning into a uh radio
9:43
station you're you're uh your frequency is made up by your name uh where you
9:49
were born and the date you were born on if you Happ to know the time it's
9:54
somewhat helpful but it's really your name your birth date and your place of birth that makes you up who you are
10:02
energetically and we put that information in then we calibrate so we're calibrating the device the SK
10:09
device to uh your body and that takes about a minute and then we run the test
10:16
which takes about four minutes It'll vary from person to person slightly um the device that I have is
10:22
the ski and there are there are various devices out there ski stands for scientific Consciousness interface
10:29
operating system so it's basically um using a very
10:36
non-invasive um very small scan um at at biological speeds really
10:44
because if you think four minutes we're testing over 12,000 frequencies is pretty fast yeah that's wild yeah and
10:51
once we complete that then we get a screen where we start to see what what
10:57
where your imbalances lie and yeah I go through a series of
11:02
different things and the way I typically do it is I start with looking at risks so categories of risk um we look at the
11:09
different categories like henia cardiovascular um emotional risk um
11:16
there's probably about a 20 different risk categories which starts to point us in the direction of what we need to
11:23
start looking at for that particular individual um and then I look at minerals and vitamins
11:29
uh hormones in depth uh we look at homot toxology because we need to look at what
11:35
toxins are causing barriers in the body for allowing it to heal um we look at the emotions we look
11:41
at SAR codes looking at individual organs of the body and where we're seeing stress in in any of the
11:48
organs um and throughout all of this we're also sending back energy and
11:53
frequency so I like to tell my clients typically that um in the session you
11:59
know what my job is is a to raise your awareness because we're actually tuning into your subconscious mind and and
12:05
learning what is going on with the body subconsciously so part of my job is to raise your awareness and the other part
12:11
of my job is to reduce stress in those areas so that it allows your body a pathway to Healing that opens
12:18
up that's really cool and do you do like a initial kind of like intake form or a health history that that that allows you
12:25
to kind of understand where to um kind of focus the tension of the of the
12:30
machine and the frequencies uh yes and no I want to say
12:37
yes there's what we have on our device called a su a panel that is called suppression and obstruction to cure so
12:44
it's it's about uh 12 questions um they things like do you smoke how much um do
12:50
how much water do you drink every day um how many organs have you had removed how
12:56
much coffee do you drink they're kind of very basic things that depending on the answer are things that will suppress and
13:03
obstruct the body's ability to cure itself um that's the only intake I
13:08
really uh work on because it fine-tunes the bio feedback uh test um I will ask
13:16
the client if there's anything specific they want me to work on like if there's what why they're here basically but they don't even need to reveal that because
13:22
sometimes people want to know um they want to see what the device uncovers on its own
13:29
and it's usually more than what they expected absolutely yeah and just to
13:34
kind of because I think a lot of people are unfamiliar with what bio feedback is or kind of what when we're talking about
13:40
frequency and energies because we we like to
13:45
um kind of opinionate the world around us dependent on our senses our very
13:51
limited senses and the things that we cannot see are sometimes things that we can't completely understand and we maybe
13:59
don't even really think about too much you know if you if you really want to study quantum physics or quantum
14:05
mechanics you know it's a very uous long scientific process because you're having
14:10
to learn so much theory around around this idea that we're not super familiar
14:16
with because we can't see hear it feel it taste it touch it but um you know I'm somewhat familiar with Quantum quantum
14:22
physics and the very real application of energy and frequency medicine and how
14:27
it's all around us all the time and in us and as you say everything has its own
14:33
frequency our our tissues our bacterias or viruses you
14:39
know all of these things Express a very um specific pattern that again you know
14:45
you can use these these computer softwares they know what the patterns are um and a few weeks ago we did a show
14:52
with naturopath Cameron Moffett discussing um some of his work using an ETA scan machine and how this technology
14:59
uses our incoherent frequencies to pinpoint where we need
15:05
that help that specific help and you know they can they can really get pinpoint with with where we do need that
15:11
attention and yeah as I say all cells viruses tissues have have got a known frequency and when these are weak or off
15:18
pattern we can basically fire in the right frequency to remedy and area and
15:25
I've tried to explain quantum physics Quantum energy to many people and it's
15:31
really difficult because you know it's a it's a huge huge scientific topic you
15:36
know we we spent 100 100 or 200 years or something in the scientific Community working off Newtonian laws but now we
15:43
know we've gone to the subatomic lower smaller than atoms and we get into that
15:48
Quantum energy that Quantum field do you think um maybe you could tell us a
15:54
little bit more about what Quantum energy is for those people who are
16:00
really unfamiliar with it uh well Quantum energy like you said
16:06
it's uh it's the it's it's the science of the very small it's it's um um in an
16:14
atom where we have protons and electrons um there's more space in an atom than there is actual solid par
16:21
particles and so these spaces um is where energy lies
16:28
right and energy it's not physical you can't touch it you it's not Material it's it's it's something that we we
16:35
can't see um and and it explains really the
16:40
behavior and the matter in which energy interacts with with with atoms and
16:46
substance and particles I don't know if that makes sense it is really hard to explain what quantum physics is
16:53
um there's normal frequency ranges and and and and what we do is we measure
16:59
we have this measurement for for all the different types of of of frequency and
17:04
energy so I mean I like to compare it sometimes to um well people that do
17:10
raiki are using energy as well um energy healers in general um but it uh yeah it's it's uh
17:21
it's a very um um I don't know it's very hard it's
17:26
very highp speed vibrations that basically result in energetic frequency I guess in an atom yeah absolutely yeah
17:33
and you know the majority well everything that we see around that we we would consider physical matter something that's solid you know the majority of
17:39
that thing of that thing is made up of energy something you actually can't see
17:45
um which is a kind of freaky thing to to to Really fathom to think about but
17:50
that's just that's just the that's the scientific fact there's no arguing with that unfortunately um but let's get into bi
17:58
feedback and your work and how that actually um supports people who um have
18:04
who either come in with mental health issues that they want they want to use your work and your your practice to help
18:10
and I'm sure there's a lot of people who come in with other things and this th this technique and this these um this
18:18
technology is going to help you understand kind of where they need it and I I find a lot of people who do
18:24
tests and see the actual data themselves recognize their own imbalances a lot
18:32
better when they've got that kind of quantitive data so why don't you tell us a little bit about how biof feedback helps people with mental health
18:37
issues right so um well you know we I think most people understand that stress
18:44
itself is probably the cause of more than 75% of disease in general um and um
18:52
unfortunately in this day and age everyone including children live in a very stressful world uh for a variety of
19:00
different reasons whether it's um environmental things or food um
19:06
technology um there's there's just we're all just going at it seems like super
19:12
fast speed and trying to um to do things in life and it brings upon stress and
19:20
burden on the mind and the body and um
19:25
and so this is where bio feedback is a wonderful device because it helps to
19:31
reduce stress in so many different areas and the Brain being one of them so um
19:37
one of the U programs within the program is um is a body uh a scan of the brain
19:46
um and I'm able to go in and scan for any type of imbalance in the brain most
19:52
common comes up add for most people um again because we're just thinking so
19:58
much about so many different things and be so bombarded by different things um in our in our world that uh people are
20:05
are tend to be very attention deficit whether they realize it or not and um so
20:12
as an example we'll we'll it'll pick up on that and what I will be able to do with that is to go back in and help to
20:19
balance the um the alpha beta theta um delta waves and help to balance
20:27
that that imbalance to create a more normal state in the brain um so that
20:32
would be one panel that I would go into to help um people with any type of um um
20:40
mental illness or anything as simple as even anxiety um or ADD and um people with
20:49
brain injury as well this is where we would get to work and working to help balance the brain and uh and get the
20:56
brain working and also uh the um the nervous system working to to stabilize
21:03
the sympathetic parasympathetic and Vegas nervous systems which all have an impact on all of that so that would be
21:10
one area to work very specifically with the brain but again we look at the body holistically we have to take into
21:17
consideration what are all the emotions and so we we dig into that person's emotions and we look at acutely what's
21:22
out of balance and how how acute is it out of balance because for some people some things are extremely
21:29
oh like fear for example um and it brings up all the different things like
21:34
fear and anger and aggression and um um greed um all kinds of different
21:41
things that are going on with that person that they do realize to a great extent and that they don't realize and
21:46
then we also identify whether those emotions are in excess or are they
21:52
suppressed and uh use the neural linguistic panel to help the person with
21:58
their emotions and help them to balance we go into the unconscious reactivity there and we start to dig into past
22:05
traumas which also are a huge factor in a person's stress physically and
22:13
emotionally um and we work on identifying past traumas so it'll it'll actually identify certain ages that a
22:20
person would have had a trauma what type of a conflict emotionally that trauma could have been related to and how it's
22:27
affected them physically and again we work in balancing that and trying to reduce the stress in that
22:33
area um the devic is also capable of
22:39
um of identifying um other TP other other programs in the
22:45
neural Linguistics where uh we are able to stabilize uh for example blood
22:51
pressure via emotions um things like that um the other uh things that I can
22:58
do is work with um energetic acupuncture um there all all Chinese medicine is
23:06
completely built into the program so there's like remedies for Chinese medicine uh as well as the acupuncture
23:12
panel which works quite well um I go in and uh open up and balance all the meridians of the body
23:18
energetically um and this helps uh tremendously in getting energy working and moving through the body more
23:26
efficiently um we also can work with
23:31
um uh Dr Homer's work which is German new medicine which um deals with again
23:40
people's traumas that occur in their life that have caused a physical problem uh Dr hmer worked mostly with cancer and
23:48
uh his success rate in healing cancer was 92% uh just by identifying a person's
23:55
yeah conflict in their life and helping them to to um to work with that and and
24:02
deal with that that particular trauma that occurred in their life and the cancer just leaves the body yeah that's
24:07
super interesting because obviously um trauma itself can come from
24:13
you know an experience whether that's a car accident or you know something else happening to you that you know your body
24:20
your body ends up staying in the kind of staying in that frequency and that energy of that
24:26
thing happening to you so say you're in a car accident for example incredibly stressful experience on the body MH and
24:33
in our culture now especially we will kind of identify and experience that accident and that trauma
24:41
for decades um if you were to take it into the animal kingdom like a you know a
24:47
deer running away from a predator it engages this fight or flight
24:52
stress response to get away from that predator and then you know once it's kind of safe it kind it literally shakes
24:57
It Off resets the nervous system and goes back to like you know chilling out and foraging right but we don't have
25:03
that in our society that's a really good example of you know going into the stress response to running away from a
25:09
predator which is a completely new set of biochemical interactions inside of the body different
25:15
frequencies that engage in a very very high level that are only designed to work for a very short period of time and
25:22
then once that threat or that trauma or that experience is done we can then
25:28
reset settle back down create coherent balanced um
25:34
parasympathetic um nervous system responses and kind of go back to normal
25:39
but we don't have that in our culture because yeah we do have this environment around us which is kind of go go go busy
25:45
busy busy um we've got so many external distractions around us which also engage
25:52
our brains in very in in stressful ways even just you know watching a movie
25:58
at the end of the night you know you might be lying down and your body's kind of relaxed but your brain is having to process all of that information right in
26:05
a you know High beta high frequency um scenario where we're not really like
26:11
calming calming our brains and we're constantly in this stress response that we obviously hear so much about and as
26:17
you say like stress is one of the biggest predictors of um chronic disease
26:22
and long-term illness and as you mentioned ADHD which is super interesting because this whole
26:28
environment we've created for ourselves in our kind of Western culture is designed for us to have very short attentions because we are in the stress
26:35
response all of the time and unless we're doing something um conscious to
26:40
change that we will always be in that subconscious pattern ruminating through
26:46
our environment is triggering our stress and our stress is triggering our behaviors whether that's to have short attention or to be an anxious individual
26:53
or a depressed individual and all of these emotions all of these states do
26:58
have a particular frequency or incoherent frequency and using this type
27:04
of technique is so important because these this machine and the software can
27:09
pick up where you are expressing these things and if we're expressing these
27:15
stressful incoherent signals for long periods of time that will you know our body is not designed to deal with it
27:21
it's actually quite remarkable that it puts up with it for so for so many years but again our stress response is
27:27
designed for like a 3 four minute situation not days weeks months years so
27:34
yeah it's wonderful that this kind of technique is is able to allow people to not only recognize and understand that
27:41
they're living in the stressful response and that is going to create a certain
27:47
frequency which creates a state of being but it also allows people to get
27:53
that area of their body you know focused on using technology and it's so great that this this B feedback um machine is
28:01
able to to do that for people and to pinpoint where their incoherences are and yeah I'm sure you see very quick
28:09
changes in people because they are stopping still and they're actually having that kind of reset that shaking
28:15
off that that deer would would have um to allow their body to experience a
28:21
different frequency that it's used to that allows the body to heal repair and do all those things that you know it's
28:26
designed to do which is just to make make us feel to feel great yes exactly Simon very well said
28:33
um it really does uh do that for people especially from a perspective of
28:39
awareness because I I find that mostly my clients when they're when they come
28:44
for a session when they leave they're they're almost overwhelmed with the amount of information that I'm able to
28:49
provide them with and uh but at the end of the day they're also walk away more
28:54
relaxed with a sense of well-being uh from the session itself because we're able to try to reduce stress in the body
29:01
right and um um you know a lot of these traumas that we talk about there there are often
29:07
emotional traumas uh More Than Physical although a car accident would bring back
29:12
bring a lot of emotional trauma as well but with some of this work that we go
29:18
back to we go into um things like you know a death for example you know in in
29:24
Dr Homer's case he he lost his son which which brought on prostate cancer for him
29:30
and uh and he realized that there was a connection between the cancer and the trauma that occurred and until he was
29:37
able to resolve his trauma um did the cancer go away but everyone is different
29:44
like everyone deals with death differently everyone deals with loss differently or what you know a flooding differently a flooding that would impact
29:51
perhaps your kidneys and this is where the connection needs to be made so that we understand what that PR particular
29:58
incident that happened in your life and what it's done to you and how you having
30:04
not resolved it continues to give you a problem in that particular area or organ of the body in his case he's a he
30:10
actually is able to see by doing a scan of the brain where in the brain uh the
30:16
scan shows um um an imperfection where which organ is actually connected to
30:22
that and by knowing the organ we know the type of conflict it's very fascinating but it's it's really
30:28
important to address these things with with people because um it really it really everyone
30:35
carries things through their life that um they don't necessarily resolve particularly well and these are these
30:42
are the things that cause stressors in the body and um need to be dealt with
30:48
absolutely and I think that this practice and honestly over the past couple of months we've spoken to
30:54
acupuncturist Chinese medicine doctors um nutritionists and all sorts of different
31:00
practitioners and when you're going in for a session whether it's for massage acupuncture Bop
31:06
feedback it's actually quite rare in our in our week in our lives that we would
31:12
spend an hour or two hours giving attention to ourselves and actually reverting bringing back the energy that
31:20
we put out into the world because obviously you know we've got our our families our spouses our jobs our things
31:26
that we need to do that's all always putting expelling energy into the outside world and we very rarely like
31:34
sit and meditate for example or do yoga to actually like sit with our own own bodies and become conscious and do and
31:42
bring that energy back to us and with somebody who's had a trauma that's been
31:48
living inside of their bodies and becoming part of their personality for so many years this type of work allows
31:54
them allows their body to recognize it to start healing it and becoming aware
32:00
that that thing that happened to me 10 years ago is manifesting and and physically happening to me I had an
32:07
experience last week um I was having I was having a massage some rmt work on my
32:12
back so I've got some a little bit of lower back pain and it's it's all in my I keep it all in my legs is like my my
32:19
upper legs is where I keep all this stress and I had I was on the table and I really try and breathe and become super aware and kind of check into my
32:25
body but over the last 12 months of this whole covid thing I have I have stored
32:32
and suppressed a lot of frustration and even anger and a lot of these kind of I
32:39
want to call negative emotions that carry a frequency I've experienced a lot of those whether that's conscious or
32:45
subconsciously and I have stored it and it sits in my legs tightens up my
32:50
quadricep muscles and affects my hips and then it gives me back pain and I was
32:56
only I was only able to recognize and become aware of that connection when I
33:03
was lying down on this bed not moving focusing on my breathing and becoming
33:08
superconscious of my body and my mind and it was like an it was like an epiphany moment because I was able to
33:15
make that have that different thought and have that different process in my mind connecting my mind and my body
33:21
because I was lying there you know giving my bringing energy back towards myself rather than in normal outside
33:28
world kind of expelling it and that that leads into a question in regards to your work um do you give like kind of
33:36
homework to your to your clients because they'll come in for a session and you know they'll they will have this work
33:41
done and they'll feel better but what we often do is we will go back straight into our own habitual subconscious
33:49
worlds where we just everything is you know the all the things we do so repetitive that we're so used to so how
33:54
do you help people stay conscious and aware and how that they can actually
34:01
reproduce the healing that they're doing with you somewhat at home um so uh there's multiple ways that
34:10
I do that uh one of the things that I've used uh for years is uh Homeopathy and
34:17
nutrition and um the Homeopathy that I use is actually the same um uh the
34:26
products that I carry are actually programmed into my biof feedback system so I feel that by um attacking something
34:35
with both the energetic frequency from the biof feedback as well as a physical
34:41
product like the homeopathic you're going to get a better result in trying to eradicate say
34:48
parasites um so I I use Homeopathy um and so
34:53
usually by the end of the session I've come up with a list of things I need the person to do um so sometimes it'll be
35:01
you know buying enzymes for example you know for Digestive issues or whatever there's usually a few different things
35:07
on the list the person needs to do physically and then uh
35:13
yes in other ways so sometimes I will refer them to other modalities to help
35:19
them with for example um maybe they need a life coach or um or a psychologist
35:27
depending on what's going on um or a chiropractor you know if they're getting for pain um so there's different things
35:35
that I might refer them to as well and then yes I often recommend for many
35:41
people that are dealing with with stress and where their lives are far too busy that you know slowing down and
35:47
meditating so um you know I always recommend they do guided meditations because meditating is not an easy thing
35:54
to do if you've never done it before and they just lose you know they just don't do it because it's too becomes too
36:00
difficult but I find that guided meditations are helpful depending on what they need so yeah definitely there
36:06
there's a list of things for them to do and then um depending on what what's going on they'll come back for another
36:12
session so if they have something really quite acute going on they'll come back perhaps every two weeks um if there's
36:20
something not quite as as acute or pressing than maybe every month or every six weeks or every two months depending
36:25
on what it is that is going on with them specifically and at that point we we reassess right and we look at well okay
36:32
now based on these things that they've done in that period of time what are what do the numbers look like now where
36:38
how acute are they are they coming down or you know so we we I measure this to see that we're on the right path that
36:44
we're getting things done um the one thing we always need to address uh is
36:50
toxicity and and my homo toxology panel uh gets into toxins like uh
36:58
cosmetic toxins or ASB bestas or industrial pollutants environmental pollutants uh Dental materials all kinds
37:04
of toxins that are present in the body as well as pathogens so your viruses
37:11
bacteria um amibas and worms and fungus and uh prons and different different
37:17
pathogens and uh if we don't remove the pathogens and we don't remove the toxins
37:23
the body is struggles to heal okay those things are like barriers and so I first
37:30
and foremost we get into doing that we do it energetically uh using the biof feedback device as well as um again
37:38
giving them something so um I'm going to use parasites as an
37:43
example because I want to say that probably 75% of my clients will have
37:49
some level of parasites in their bodies wow that's that's incredible
37:54
number it's huge yeah and people just aren't even aware you know doctors don't typically test
37:59
for it unless it's a very acute situation so um so you
38:05
know you know parasites they they live and they survive on whatever we're putting in right so oftentimes people
38:12
are nutritionally deficient because they are parasites eating up their nutrition
38:17
and they are tired and they're not well and and they're they digestive issues are huge um so we want to clear out the
38:24
parasit so that's that's an example and probably the most common one that I'll see the other thing I commonly
38:31
see is uh as you mentioned earlier um you know stress uh causing really
38:38
adrenal fatigue and adrenal exhaustion most people have some level of that um even young people these days
38:46
I'm noticing are are showing up with a bit of hypoadrenia and adrenal fatigue um and this causes a Cascade
38:55
effect in the body with the adrenals tripping the thyroid and again thyroid
39:00
issues are rampant these days and uh this trips up the penal pituitary and
39:06
hypothalamus glands in the brain so these people are walking around with a lot of hormonal imbalances not really
39:12
knowing why and really the source of the problem is adrenals and stress so again coming up
39:20
with a plan to reduce stress in their life and and and addressing healing of the adrenal glands to try to to to
39:28
mitigate all of these problems that are going on with them and right away when they start to practice some of these
39:33
things and start to take a supplement for example for adrenals um I'll see people within a couple of weeks already
39:39
start to feel more energetic and start to start to feel a little more normal that's amazing yeah yeah this
39:46
work can obviously help so many different people and just to go back on the The Meditation piece I think
39:53
meditation is so difficult for most people because it's the ultimate example
39:59
of putting focus and awareness on yourself and bringing that energy back to you and we are so addicted
40:07
to using up all of our resources and becoming depleted on the things outside
40:13
of us whether it's our work our family our relationships our responsibilities all these things that you know have a
40:18
level of importance but if we're not if we're not you know refilling our cup of resources to deal with all the normal
40:25
things our body does and then throw toxins and nutritional depletion and pathogens and other things on top of
40:31
that it's going to be next to impossible so yeah meditation for me is like the best example of how you can restore and
40:38
repair your energy I actually personally feel really energized after after a 40
40:44
minute 1 hour meditation because I'm literally where you put your awareness
40:49
is where you put your energy if you're putting your awareness on yourself you are going to energize yourself
40:55
significantly and yeah like so addicted to not doing that that that's why meditation is like the ultimate workout
41:02
for a lot of people because we are so unfamiliar with with putting focus on
41:08
ourselves which we absolutely have to be doing if we want to heal Thrive and you
41:14
know um progress as individuals I just wanted to talk about
41:21
so you've got a really wonderful affiliation with true hope with true hope Canada and empower plus so can you
41:28
tell us a little bit about how Empower plus Empower plus our Flagship product
41:33
here at true hope has supported your bi feedback work and your clients yeah absolutely um
41:41
so when I discovered true hope I was at a health show and uh I heard David speak
41:48
and I felt a an immediate draw in connection to what he was talking about
41:54
um at that time which was a about six or seven years ago now I guess seven years
42:00
ago um I I had a number of clients at the time coming in particularly with
42:06
anxiety you know that seems to be probably the most common thing that people experience anxiety uh but
42:12
depression um had a couple of kids with autism things like that that were a
42:17
little more challenging to deal with for me at the time and um and when I heard David speak I
42:24
thought oh this is the answer so I immediately connected with them
42:29
right away after he spoke at the booth and um you know started you picked up
42:35
some products from them started using the products with my clients and I was really Blown Away by the IM how quickly
42:43
they were responding to the product um everything from the anxiety depression
42:49
and to uh a couple of the kids that had autism um the parents found that their
42:56
behavior years changed um they were just more in control and they were able to deal with them a lot easier so um so it
43:04
was really um like truly like nothing I've really ever seen before as far as a
43:10
supplement goes um it worked fast and it worked well and so I continued to um use
43:18
it in my practice and and and actually just refer friends to it even like I had
43:24
you know anytime somebody would talk to me about anxiety and say we try this so I was actually selling a lot of
43:31
product for the company just as a small practice that I am um at the time and
43:36
then uh when the opportunity came to um to rep for the company I um I took it on
43:44
because I felt that um you know in my bio feedback practice I can help one
43:50
person at a time and it's it's slow goinging right but with uh rapping for
43:56
the company I I could just help so many more people and uh and and so I decided to
44:03
jump on board with them six years ago this month actually and um and uh
44:09
started repping for them part-time and uh and it's it's been an incredible journey um um the stories that I hear um
44:18
all the time with regards to the Empower and how it it changes people's lives is
44:24
so rewarding it's and and and amazing so yeah it's it's been it's been an
44:31
incredible journey with this company that's awesome yeah so it sounds like Health shows are a good thing for you buy feedback and true yeah absolutely go
44:40
go to health shows because you will be exposed to wonderful people that connect with you that's really cool have you got
44:46
a particular um client story that stands out for you with Empower plus um well there's a few but um um I I
44:57
don't know I I go back to this this this autistic girl that I had who um she
45:04
wouldn't eat anything that was the problem the parents had actually with trying to get her to take the product and um it got to the point where the
45:11
mother mother literally opened the capsule and cooked it into a pancake and wow okay even at that which always
45:18
amazed me because she said even with using it like that and heating it up it
45:23
was still having an effect on her and that always stayed with me because I
45:29
thought well this product is just like wow you know not too many things can do
45:34
that so yeah she she's great and she she continues to use the product after years
45:40
of being on it I've got a few kids like that that really has made a big difference in their lives just remarkable yeah and right now
45:47
our youth is really in need of micronutrient support you know I'm
45:52
hearing they're starving for it yeah I'm hearing every day of kids as young as 10
45:58
self harming going into the emergency room yes um especially in the last few
46:03
months in regards to like kind of what's happening with covid and obviously it's it's absolutely tragic that these such
46:10
young wonderful innocent individuals are being not only yeah not
46:17
not only nutrient deficient but deficient in human connection and being
46:22
outside and all of the very important things that make us human you take those things away things in the brain thoughts
46:31
patterns will become incoherent and behaviors will become you know not
46:38
normal and yeah I think it's so important that we really recognize that
46:44
our children are suffering significantly right now but there are things and practices in place and supplements that
46:51
are so harmless they're only going to do great
46:56
things that come with no side effects that will um really support people very
47:01
very quickly and as you say everybody especially now can benefit from a
47:07
product light and power plus because um we're all experiencing stress on a day-to-day basis um our food is depleted
47:15
in nutrients we are being hammered with Wi-Fi and signals and cellular you know
47:23
all over the place so it's kind of unavoidable so we have to be supplementing in my opinion to to really
47:29
get get the best how can people how can people connect with you for True hope as
47:34
a rep and for your bio feedback
47:40
